Welcome to ForeverCookbook. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
The service
ForeverCookbook lets you turn recipes — from a video link, photo, voice recording, or typed text — into recipe cards, collect them into a family cookbook, and optionally print or gift it.
Your account
You’re responsible for your account and for keeping your sign-in secure. You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent where you live) to use ForeverCookbook.
Your content
You keep ownership of the recipes, notes, and cookbooks you create. You grant us the limited license needed to store, process, and display that content back to you in order to provide the service (including generating cards and, if you order, printing them).
Source material & others’ content
When you submit a link, photo, or recording, you confirm you have the right to use it to create a recipe for your personal, non-commercial use. ForeverCookbook generates an original recipe card and its own illustrations; we don’t republish the original creator’s media. Please respect and credit original creators. You are responsible for the source material you submit.
AI-generated content — review before you cook or print
Recipes and images are generated automatically and may contain errors — wrong amounts, missing steps, or images that don’t perfectly match. Always review and edit a recipe before cooking or printing, and check for allergens and food-safety information yourself. ForeverCookbook is provided for convenience and is not a substitute for your own judgment.
Orders & payments
If you order a printed cookbook or pages, the price and any shipping are shown at checkout. Because each book is made to order from your content, orders may be non-refundable once production has begun, except where required by law.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service — for example, by uploading unlawful content, infringing others’ rights, or attempting to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service.
Disclaimers & liability
The service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, including the accuracy of generated recipes. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ForeverCookbook is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Termination
You may stop using ForeverCookbook at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated.
Changes
We may update these terms; we’ll update the “last updated” date and, for material changes, notify you in the app.
